  • Cloudflare R2: Design files you upload through our quote request form are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. Files are associated with your email address and a timestamp, and are retained for the purpose of preparing and fulfilling your quote. Cloudflare's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare Pages: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard web traffic data (IP addresses, request headers) as part of their hosting and security services.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is shared with the service providers listed above only to the extent necessary to provide our services to you.

File Confidentiality

We treat all uploaded design files as confidential. Files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 and are used solely for the purpose of preparing your quote and producing your parts. We do not share, distribute, or use your design files for any other purpose. You may request deletion of your uploaded files at any time. NDA agreements are available upon request.

We retain your contact information and project details in our CRM system for the duration of our business relationship and as needed for legal and record-keeping purposes. Uploaded design files are retained on Cloudflare R2 for the duration necessary to fulfill your quote and order. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Our website is served over HTTPS, uploaded files are stored in encrypted cloud storage, and access to our CRM and storage systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
